Using strategic planning methods and expertise from a decades-long career, he has assisted businesses with revenues ranging from $5M to more than $1B. His engagements include inside management buyouts, preparation for outside buyer transactions, next-generation succession, and business continuity planning.
Along with a strong and flexible process, he has a keen sense of the value of people. He understands the choices owners face when looking to the future and how to plan with the team in mind. He also has experience in international business, Asian manufacturing and logistics, software and hardware development, and business development.
