David has experience as a business advisor helping companies plan for growth with transitions in mind. Using strategic planning methods and expertise from a decades-long career, he has assisted businesses with revenues ranging from $5M to more than $1B. His engagements include inside management buyouts, preparation for outside buyer transactions, next-generation succession, and business continuity planning.

Along with a strong and flexible process, he has a keen sense of the value of people. He understands the choices owners face when looking to the future and how to plan with the team in mind. He also has experience in international business, Asian manufacturing and logistics, software and hardware development, and business development.

Jim Rodarte

For over 15 years, Jim has been delivering results for businesses of all sizes, from Fortune 500 corporations to new startups. Trained in Six Sigma, Project Management, Sales Strategy, and Effective Leadership, he has a keen ability to identify process gaps and deliver impactful solutions.

Jim is a strong collaborator with advanced interpersonal skills, that has consistently demonstrated the ability to articulate a vision and rally others to the cause.
